Brewer
Algarve Rock Brewery is an exciting new Craft Brewery located in Faro, Portugal, working hard to revolutionize craft brewing in Portugal and worldwide. Currently, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and energetic Brewer with a positive attitude to help the brewing and production team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good understanding in Science (Technical or Bachelor of Science Degree).
- A passion for craft beer, an excellent work ethic, and a desire to join our brewing team and to help the Company grow.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Desire to take on increased responsibilities in the brewery
- Able to retain confidential company knowledge.
- Assisting all Production Team members in all aspects of their role.
- Adhere to all safety protocols set in place by Algarve Rock Brewery.
- Able to function in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Able to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Able to lift 25 kg.
- Work standing up for long periods.
- Able to work in cold and warm environments.
- Motivated to make a difference in a positive environment.
- A flexible schedule, working a variety of shifts including weekends.
- Hold a clean driving license
